What documents do I need to rent a vehicle?
You need a valid driver's license (at least 1 year), an official ID (ID or passport) and a valid credit card in your name.
Is there a minimum age for renting a vehicle?
Yes, the minimum age is 21 years. A higher minimum age may apply for certain vehicle classes.
How can I book a vehicle?
Simply book online via our website, by phone or directly at one of our branches. We recommend booking early.
Can I also rent the vehicle at short notice?
Yes, if available, you can also rent vehicles spontaneously. It's best to call us or check availability online.
What is included in the rental price?
Unsere Preise beinhalten die gesetzlich vorgeschriebene Haftpflichtversicherung, eine Vollkaskoversicherung mit Selbstbehalt sowie eine festgelegte Kilometerpauschale. Weitere Extras können dazugebucht werden.
How does the vehicle return process work?
The vehicle must be returned at the agreed time and in the same condition as when it was handed over. Return outside of opening hours is possible on request.
Is there a kilometer limit?
Depending on the selected tariff, a certain number of kilometers is included. Additional kilometers will be charged according to the price list.
What happens in the event of an accident or breakdown?
Please contact us immediately. All our vehicles are covered by a Europe-wide breakdown service. You will find an emergency number in the vehicle documentation set.
Can I drive the vehicle abroad?
Border crossings are generally permitted within Europe, but must be registered in advance. Restrictions or additional fees apply for certain countries.
